Since November 2019, the world is facing a pandemic disease COVID-19 i.e. coronavirus. This started in the city of Wuhan, China. Getting started from there, this disease has now spread worldwide and continuously killing lots of people. The death number has now reached 8000+ and 1,80,000+ people are affected by it. Many of the severe businesses, cities, countries have been locked down for furthermore periods.
The world is facing a pandemic situation from Corona Virus, the pandemic is like a nuclear explosion which outbreak causes an individual to fall ill and sometimes death. It is a serious concern because its antidote is still unavailable, but many people recover from this too. China is the first country who faces the COVID-19. As it is a communicable disease so it spread over the whole country and India is also untouched by this. WHO and other health care agencies are issuing guidelines and course of action to minimize the transmission of COVID-19. As a result, Govt. of India has taken to keep itself isolated and maintain social distance among which “Janta Curfew” is a leading step. Prime Minister of India has addressed the nation on the 19th of March and asked the nation to maintain the social distance by Janta curfew. In his speech, PM Modi has asked public not to move outside from their home from morning 7:00 a.m. to night 9:00 p.m. on the 22nd of March, Sunday.
He asked people to sacrifice some of their weeks, works for the benefit of humanity and is the only way to prevent them. He said to get out of the house only if it is necessary and try to do work from home. He ensured that the government is taking essential steps for helping people and providing sufficient supplies to the hospital and wherever required. He also urged senior citizens above the age of 65 to stay home for a few days.
The expected outcome of Janta Curfew will be a complete lockdown, no public gathering, no social events, no transmission of the virus and minimize the impact of COVID-19. The PM has also asked the public to muster all the items of necessity. The government has taken this action because the country is in second phase if the relevant course of action is not taken the virus will explode and will take over grip and country will have no answer to this.

May of the state border have been sealed to avoid any type of contact with foreign people. India is dealing with the problem very well as after this period; India is still in the 2nd phase of this coronavirus system. From 19th march 2020, 3rd stage is going to start and this is the reason JANTA CURFEW is going to be imposed. There have been more than 150+ confirmed cases in which 4 deaths are been recorded in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Punjab respectively.
