BHU News: OPD system at BHU’s Sir Sunderlal Hospital and Trauma Center will be normal from Monday. All doctors will sit in the OPD according to the pre-determined schedule. At the same time, the number of patients will be increased. After online registration, 25 patients were provided consultancy every day. Now, this number will be 50.
The OPD of BHU Hospital was closed since March due to a lockdown for rescue from Corona. However, OPD started with some departments from 10 August. Now it is being gradually expanded. Under this, a new system is being started again. To initiate this arrangement, the hospital administration has also written a letter to the branch manager of HDFC Bank at Trauma Center. The amount of online booking will be deposited through this bank.

Timing of BHU OPD
Now the OPD of the hospital will run from 9 am to 3 pm. OPD (Outpatient Department) will be valid for students and staff from 2 to 3 pm. As per the officials, it is said that in view of the interest of patients coming from Purvanchal and nearby, preparations have been made to extend OPD. Under this, physicians of all departments will serve as per pre-determined schedule. During this time, patients and their families will have to follow the guidelines of COVID-19.
