BHU News: The BHU admissions process is in its completion phase and the new season is likely to be commence soon. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a lot of pressure among the students of the new semester, who are starting five months late, to not complete their course syllabus, but there is nothing to worry about them. BHU has made it clear in the academic calendar that classes for the first semester of graduation will start online from November 6, which will be conducted till February 21.
Also, the counselling of graduates will end by November 3-4. Apart from this, online classes for post-graduation was likely to commence from October 16 but the counselling has not been completed yet. Many faculties of BHU have not yet started PG first semester classes. As per the sources, the academic calendar is being followed completely. Online classes have started and classes for the first semester of graduation will begin by 6 November.

According to the BHU’s Academic calendar 2020-21, classes for the first semester of post-graduation will be conducted till February 5. Apart from this, other semester classes have started from September 10. Classes for the second semester of undergraduate courses will run from March 10, 2021 to June 25, while postgraduate classes will begin from February 25, 2021 until June 12. This academic calendar includes postgraduate and graduate courses in all faculties and institutes except the Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS-BHU), Institute of Agricultural Sciences (IAS-BHU) and Institute of Management Sciences.
